These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jetbej platform, including all games, betting services, promotions, and account functions. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using jetbej, you confirm that you accept these terms in full.

You Must Be 18 or Over
jetbej is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to open an account, make deposits, or place bets. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jetbej account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being suspended and any associated balances and bonuses being voided.
Account Security Is Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for keeping your jetbej login credentials confidential. jetbej will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security. Enable two-factor authentication to protect your account.
Bonuses Have Wagering Requirements
All jetbej promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods as specified in each promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting stated wagering requirements will result in the bonus being removed.
Withdrawals Require Verified Identity
All withdrawal requests above the standard threshold require completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including a valid national ID or passport. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods not registered in your name. jetbej processes withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and bank accounts within one to three business hours.
Fraud and Abuse Will Result in Closure
Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors, engage in arbitrage betting designed to abuse promotional terms, use automated betting tools, or collude with other players will be treated as a material breach. jetbej reserves the right to close accounts and withhold balances in such cases.
General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jetbej ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jetbej website located at https://jetbej.net, including all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions made available through the platform.
By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing a bet on jetbej, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jetbej platform.
jetbej reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jetbej will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. Your continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other communication from jetbej, these Terms shall prevail unless jetbej explicitly states otherwise in writing.
Governing Language
These Terms are provided exclusively in English. All official correspondence between jetbej and players — including support communications, bonus notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and account alerts — will be conducted in English. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) is used as the reference time zone for all date and time references within these Terms and throughout the platform.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jetbej with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements — oral or written — between you and jetbej relating to the subject matter herein.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to jetbej and participation in any real-money gaming or sports betting activity is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
- You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or placing bets on behalf of any third party.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of jetbej, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- You have not previously had a jetbej account closed for breach of these Terms.
Age Verification
jetbej conducts age and identity verification as part of its standard KYC process. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — confirming your date of birth. Pending verification, jetbej reserves the right to restrict deposit, withdrawal, and betting functionality on your account. Providing falsified documents is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Geographic Restrictions
jetbej is designed and operated primarily for players based in Bangladesh. While jetbej does not explicitly block access from all other jurisdictions, players accessing the platform from countries where online gaming is illegal under local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. jetbej makes no representation that its services are appropriate or legally available outside Bangladesh.
Account Registration
To access jetbej's real-money gaming and sports betting services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires no purchase. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.
Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of jetbej is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. jetbej is not liable for any loss you suffer as a result of your failure to maintain accurate account information, including but not limited to missed withdrawal notifications or failed identity verification due to outdated details.
Single Account Rule
Each individual may register only one jetbej account. This rule applies regardless of whether multiple accounts are registered under different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers. If jetbej detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by IP address, payment method, device fingerprint, or documentary evidence — all duplicate accounts will be closed, all pending bets settled and voided, and any bonus balances forfeited. The original account may also be subject to review and potential closure at jetbej's sole discretion.
Username and Password
You are responsible for selecting a secure password for your jetbej account and for keeping that password confidential. jetbej will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jetbej immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. jetbej strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of security.
Account Verification (KYC)
jetbej may request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Standard KYC documents include:
- Government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within three months)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay account registered in your name)
Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restriction until verification is completed satisfactorily.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jetbej are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). jetbej does not apply currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other local bank accounts
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard (subject to issuing bank approval)
Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on jetbej is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however jetbej reserves the right to apply transaction limits consistent with responsible gaming policy or payment partner guidelines. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jetbej wallet instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the processing schedule of your bank.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for investigation. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be held pending investigation and may ultimately be returned to the source account.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within one to three hours on standard business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, jetbej will require additional verification before processing the withdrawal to an alternative account. Withdrawals cannot be processed to accounts held in a different name from the verified jetbej account holder.
Withdrawal Conditions
Before a withdrawal request is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- Your account must have completed KYC identity verification.
- Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account must have been fully met.
- There must be no outstanding compliance review or fraud investigation associated with your account.
- The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in your wallet (bonus balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).
Bonuses & Promotions
jetbej offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting enhanced odds. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.
Welcome Bonus
New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for jetbej's welcome bonus of 100% up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the first deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. The bonus is credited to your account as bonus funds and is subject to a wagering requirement before any portion may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated in the current welcome bonus promotion page. jetbej reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account without notice.
- Wagering requirements must be met using real-money stakes or bonus funds as specified. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer Baccarat, low-margin slots) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirements.
- jetbej reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in bonus arbitrage, or breached any condition of the promotion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value outside of the platform's wagering framework.
- jetbej may run seasonal promotions coinciding with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), Victory Day (December 16), and major cricket tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup events. These promotions carry their own specific terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.
Responsible Bonus Use
Players who have opted into self-exclusion, applied a deposit limit, or requested a cool-off period under jetbej's Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to receive or activate promotional bonuses during the period such restrictions are in place. This condition exists to protect players who have identified that their gaming requires additional controls.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using jetbej, you agree to use the platform lawfully, fairly, and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slots, or otherwise interact with jetbej games without human input.
- Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies in the games or sportsbook. Any winnings derived from a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of wagering.
- Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer tables, or any other multiplayer game format.
- Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jetbej staff or other players in any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data from the jetbej platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jetbej platform — including game software, graphics, logos, text, data, and branding — is the property of jetbej or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jetbej content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of jetbej intellectual property will be subject to legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by jetbej
jetbej reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
- Extended account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity). jetbej will notify you by email before applying an inactivity closure and will process any verified outstanding balance to your registered payment method.
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your jetbej account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending bets will be settled, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, and any unmet bonus balance will be removed. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion via jetbej's Responsible Gaming tools or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and you will not be permitted to open a new account. Limitation of Liability
jetbej provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jetbej makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from downtime, technical faults, or data errors at all times.
Exclusions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbej excludes all liability for:
- Losses arising from platform downtime, game server interruptions, or payment processing delays outside jetbej's direct control.
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any nature, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
- Any loss resulting from your own breach of these Terms, including losses caused by sharing your login credentials or failing to maintain account security.
- Losses arising from your reliance on game outcome statistics, odds displays, or sports data feeds that contain errors attributable to third-party data providers.
- Changes in the value of Bangladeshi Taka or any other currency affecting the real-world value of your account balance or winnings.
Force Majeure
jetbej shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond jetbej's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or actions of third-party service providers.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jetbej and its officers, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your jetbej account, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. jetbej aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, jetbej will engage in good-faith mediation as a first step before any formal proceedings are commenced.
